All three guitars share several defining features, starting with solid Engelmann spruce tops that provide a rich and resonant tone, paired with solid mahogany backs and sides to enhance warmth and depth of sound. The necks are topped with Indian rosewood fingerboards, delivering smooth playability and a touch of elegance, while the bridges are also crafted from Indian rosewood, contributing to the guitar’s tonal clarity.Designed for musicians who appreciate fine details, the Premier range is equipped with luxury features, including chrome Gotoh machine heads for precise tuning stability and Elixir Nanoweb strings known for their long-lasting performance and bright tone. Common questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours of payment. Some items move from our remote facility to the delivery warehouse first, which takes a little longer. Every instrument is tested before it leaves us. If anything is delayed beyond that, we will call you and ask whether you still want to go ahead.
How long does delivery take?
Most customers receive their order within 5–6 business days. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Instruments and pro audio are fragile, so each one is packed carefully rather than quickly.
What if I change my mind?
Start a return within 15 days of your delivery date, with the product still in brand-new condition. You can ship it back yourself, or we can collect it for 7% of the product value (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹2,000), deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the product reaching our New Delhi facility.
If the product arrived damaged, wrong, or with accessories missing, report it within 5 days and we cover the return.
Is the warranty genuine?
Yes. Ace Music is the official India distributor for Marshall, Natal, Tanglewood, Newen, Ashdown, Hebikuo, Furch and Oliver. Every instrument is genuine stock, carries the manufacturer's warranty, and is serviced by our own team in India — not shipped abroad.
