Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders placed on acemusic.in. There is no minimum order value.

How fast will I get my gear?

Dispatch

Each product page shows the number of business days within which that product is expected to ship.

"Dispatches in 24 Hours" — verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours of payment. Products are tested and verified before they leave our shipping facility.

"Dispatches in [indicated] days" — we move the product from our remote facility to the delivery warehouse, which takes the number of days shown on the product page. It is then tested and shipped out.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch time for reasons outside our control, we will contact you to ask whether you would still like to continue with it.

Delivery

Most customers receive their order within 5–6 business days of placing it.

Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile, and need to be tested and packed carefully. Our methods keep transit damage close to zero, and we would rather protect your instrument than shave a day off delivery.

Our logistics hours

10am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

Where we deliver

We deliver to a large number of pincodes across India, but not to every one. You can check yours on any product page before ordering — enter your pincode and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.

If your pincode is not currently served, contact us on 011 43036817 or helpdesk@acemusic.in and we will tell you what we can do.

Shipping offers

Any shipping offer is at the discretion of acemusic.in and may not apply to all pincodes or order values.
