FEE: ACE has always maintained a free standard shipping policy to the majority of the locations but unfortunately, due to the ongoing Corona pandemic this policy has had to be changed with effect May 6, 2020. This is because courier partners are encountering significantly higher operations costs shipping to most red/orange/green zones, and are passing on these costs to Ace.

As a result, we are charging a portion of these costs to customers via a modest shipping fee on every order placed on our website until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure that your product reaches you in a timely manner.

We are also ensuring your safety by disinfecting all packages before, during, and after packing. 


DISPATCH: Please review the product page. It indicates the number of business days within which that product is expected to ship, reflecting our current order backlog of 2 days plus (in some cases) additional sourcing/processing time for certain products. 

SHIPPING: Please expect delays beyond our dispatch date. Once orders are dispatched, couriers are experiencing additional transit and zone-specific delays. This is because prevailing state and local lock-down rulings are frequently changing, which in turn is impacting their delivery timelines to you.

It is our current experience that you need to expect shipping delays even beyond the ETA on your courier’s shipment tracking page. 

Dispatch time differs in different cases as follows:

The website says: “Dispatches in 24 Hours*”

Once you checkout, the verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment. The products are tested and verified and then shipped out from our shipping facility.


The website says: “Dispatches in 'indicated' days*” 

Once you checkout, we move the product from our remote facility to delivery facility (Warehouse). This may take a couple of days, as aforementioned on the delivery details column of the product details page. Once arrived, it is tested and then shipped out.
However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, some orders may take longer to arrive. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.




Please note Priority Shipping will not be covered for North Eastern States & Out-of-Delivery Areas (ODA). Priority Shipping can be covered only for the Metros.

*Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday - Friday. This means that the order placed on Friday will be shipped on the next Monday.


Delivery Expectation

Most customers receive their product(s) within 12-15 business days of placing their order. Products shipped with Free Shipping mostly reach customers within 15 days. Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our topmost priority.
