Introducing the NEWEN Relic Stratocaster Style Electric Guitar Made in Argentina. A relic finish, otherwise known as an ageing or distressing process, varies in outcome like any other hand-designed guitar feature. This exceptional guitar is crafted from solid white oak wood, giving it rich sound harmonics and sustain. The handle is built with a maple and rosewood storage, and the steel core provides greater stability in the tuning. The real grain of the wood is given a semi-finished lacquer finish, and a Poliuretano satinado finish tops it off. With its Paradinamic® Bridge & Neck Pickup, 5 Position switch for Pickup Selector S/S/S CONFIGURATION, maple neck with rosewood fretboard, 22 frets and synthetic bone nut, white dot inlays, chrome finish hardware, 3 Ply White/Black/White pickguard and standard metal machine heads, you’ll be strumming on quality. Common questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours of payment. Some items move from our remote facility to the delivery warehouse first, which takes a little longer. Every instrument is tested before it leaves us. If anything is delayed beyond that, we will call you and ask whether you still want to go ahead.
How long does delivery take?
Most customers receive their order within 5–6 business days. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Instruments and pro audio are fragile, so each one is packed carefully rather than quickly.
What if I change my mind?
Start a return within 15 days of your delivery date, with the product still in brand-new condition. You can ship it back yourself, or we can collect it for 7% of the product value (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹2,000), deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the product reaching our New Delhi facility.
If the product arrived damaged, wrong, or with accessories missing, report it within 5 days and we cover the return.
Is the warranty genuine?
Yes. Ace Music is the official India distributor for Marshall, Natal, Tanglewood, Newen, Ashdown, Hebikuo, Furch and Oliver. Every instrument is genuine stock, carries the manufacturer's warranty, and is serviced by our own team in India — not shipped abroad.
